A New Look for Academy Online Learning

We’re excited to announce the launch of San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance Academy’s new, more user-friendly online learning management system. Thank you for your patience as we completed our transition to Litmos, a learning platform packed with updated features to make it both engaging and easy to use.

What’s New

When you log in and enter your password, you’ll see this:

Click on the Learning Library to select from our signature Academy courses and learning paths:

Click on Assigned Learning to go right to specific courses you’ve been assigned by a team leader.

Tools and features designed to make your learning experience more impactful include:

• Intuitive Navigation: Easily browse through Courses and Learning Paths to find exactly what you need.
• Comprehensive Course Library: Explore hundreds of courses covering wildlife and care, along with communication, compliance, business operations, health, and safety.
• Streamlined Metrics Tracking: The Training Metrics dashboard keeps tabs on your progress—sort by Overdue, In Progress, Not Started, or Completed. Certificates for completed courses are conveniently stored in your Achievements section.
• Enhanced Team Management Roles: If you’re a Team Leader or Team Admin, enjoy tools to manage learners, assign courses, create detailed reports, and even author new content, depending on your subscription.
